I was going through one of the big chain drug stores the other day and ran across Ed. Pinaud Clubman Virgin Island Bay Rum cologne. You know, the one with the picture of the ship anchored beneath the moon? You're right, I'll bet you didn't know. Because I didn't know about it either. I'm more familiar with their standard Clubman aftershave lotion and talc which my barber has been using on his customers forever.
Anyway, as a sailor, traveler, and all around fan of the islands, I was instantly drawn to this bottle with the ship on it's label. Thinking about the islands, I had to try it!
So, here I am with a 12 ounce bottle of Virgin Island Bay Rum .... and to be honest with you, I love this stuff! It has a great scent and it feels nice and cool on your skin.
Enough of my ranting about inexpensive colognes! But, I like it! And you may too!
