Good God it's cold out there! Here in the great white north, we're stumbling around in a winter induced stupor. I myself am wondering when I can score a plane ticket out of here for the beaches of south Florida or maybe even the shores of Brazil.
Hmmmmm, Already, I can feel the sand between my toes and taste that Captain Morgan's and Coke.......with a little Bob Marley or Jimmy Buffett in the background. Top it off with a fine cigar and I'm in heaven. and warm too! Life's Simple Pleasures are what makes it worth living.
If you are lucky enough to be on a warm beach today, savor the experience and count your blessings. You could be back up here freezing like I am. Or even worse, freezing and working the daily grind as well.

Here are some sand bars that meet your above criteria:
Soggy Dollar Bar (at the Sandcastle),One Love Bar, and Ivan's Stress Free Bar...all located on a tiny island called Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. Take a ferry to get there from US Virgins, or Tortola, BVI. You can also bareback in, if you have a sailboat, anchor right into White Bay just west of Great Harbour.
Live once, but don't miss this experience. Try the 'Painkiller' at the Soggy where the drink was invented. These bars are the essence of your blog topic.
I hate to bust this secret, but hopefully only a few will follow through. There are so many great places to see, so little time...
Thanks for a great blog!
Thanks for the positive vibrations! I certainly will keep these secluded gems on my radar screen. Now you have me thinking of the islands!
Cheers!
You know, I'm thinking of good beach bars..... and the bar that I always wanted to hang out at was that bar where Magnum P.I. would meet Rick and T.C. Right on the beach..... icy drinks being served up, always a couple of nice ladies at the bar, palm trees blowing in the breeze. Perfect!!
That was a classic.
